In this episode, Mother Murphy chats with author Jindra Mandova as they make Battenberg.
Jindra is the author of a series of children's books, Tales from the Meadow. Originally from Czechoslovakia, Jindra had never made or even tasted Battenberg. Mother Murphy has taken on the challenge of introducing this wonderful story teller and illustrator to as many different goodies as possible.
This has already included Walnut Whips, Yorkshire Parkin, and the humble fish finger sandwich.
